What affects the final price?+
Price depends on property size (number of bedrooms and bathrooms), service type, your location, and any add-ons. You get an exact quote before confirming — no surprises.
Do you charge per hour or per job?+
Scrubly prices per job, not per hour. Your price is fixed at the time of booking based on property size and service type. You know exactly what you're paying.
Are cleaning products included?+
You can specify whether you'd like the cleaner to bring their own products (small surcharge applies) or use your own supplies. Both options are available at booking.
Is there a minimum booking price?+
Our minimum booking is £60 (standard clean, studio or 1-bed flat). There's no upper limit — we handle large properties and commercial spaces too.
Do prices include VAT?+
All prices shown are inclusive of VAT. No hidden charges are added at checkout.
Can I get a recurring discount?+
Yes. Weekly bookings receive 15% off and fortnightly bookings receive 10% off the standard per-visit rate. Discounts are applied automatically.
